1st XV v Pontyberem

Here's your 1st XV squad for Saturday's match against Pontyberem rfc.

There is a welcome return to the 1sts for Tom Smythe after a barnstorming performance for the Legends against Llandovery 2nds. Commonwealth Games Gymnast Jac Davies gets an opportunity to start in the 7 shirt that's been worn by some heroes in the past. Remiel Wharton returns in the 15 shirt and there is an opportunity for Kieran L Thomas to play his first home match for the club. Aberystwyth University student Aled Beynon gets a chance to shine from the bench.

Congrats to Gwyn Pierce for his "man of steel" award for the biggest contribution in the game against Tycroes.
